Cuprobrazed Heat Exchanger in USA
After reading excellent article in December 2008 issue of Machine Design I tried to locate a company in US that could quote a heat exchanger made using this technology. It appears to me that all companies listed on Alliance members list are outside US. Is this possible? I hope I am wrong. Please let me know if you know of a company in US that I could contact.

Advanced Energy makes grid-tied inverters for solar installations. For our European model we need higher performance cooling and brazed heat exchanger seems like just the right answer. Thanks in advance.

Dear Mr. Kumor,
The map of the "CuproBraze World" section shows that there are several CuproBraze heat exchanger manufacturers in US. In addition, there is one manufacturer about to start production in Mexico. Some of these companies have been introduced in ICA Executive Reports (See "Literature"). Also, some of the European CuproBraze producers are exporting to US. I will give you more details by direct mail.
Thanks for your interest!

Mr. Ainali,

I did manage to find two companies in US that were listed as using cuprobraze method (one in Texas and one in the east USA). I have to find the names in my notes. The company in Texas ceased operations and I believe was bought by Luvata (Finland?). The other moved operations elsewhere but due to the indifference of the person on the phone I was not able to find out where to call. I am still pursuing this thread but if you have any other information I will greatly appreciate it if you share it withe me! Thanks.

Mr. Kumor,
I have sent you a list of five North American CuproBraze suppliers by mail. Luvata is not a stock holder in any of them. However, they are customers to Luvata, purchasing CuproBraze materials.
